Dan has over 12 years of experience in the recruitment industry, having founded Data & BI and AWS-focused technical agencies. He moved in-house to a growing Salesforce Partner in 2019, helping to scale the company to acquisition. Dan became the Director of Talent at Fullcast at the end of 2023. Outside of work, Dan loves traveling, skiing, hiking, cold water swimming, and volunteering at his local animal shelter.
